<p>&#8220;The International Olympic Committee has the honour of announcing that the 21st Olympic Winter Games in 2010 are awarded to the city of Vancouver,&#8221; International Olympic Committee president Jacques Rogge announced Wednesday in Prague, Czech Republic.</p>
